Hello October, you were missed + Two Free Posters

Have you turned on the heating yet? I did. Yesterday I decided there was no reason to put it off and turned it up a notch. I’m ready for autumn and all it has to bring though I admit I would like the rain to go away for a few days. The autumn sun is one of my favourite things in the entire world. I await its return.

Putting on warm sweaters, lacing up my boots and sipping on my latte before stepping out into this gorgeous city (Rotterdam). I don’t need much more than this. I’m so content with my life. Making the decision to remain in The Netherlands has proven to be a very wise decision. I can’t imagine what my life would be like if I hadn’t. Moving to Rotterdam was also a good move. This being my first autumn here I’m going to embrace it as much as I can.

Octobers are magical, a thing of beauty! Don’t you agree? The line from Anne of Green Gables captures it so perfectly

The falling leaves, the colours, the darker evenings that you hate at first, but once they are here you embrace them until at least Christmas, am I right? A latte in the fall tastes better than in the summer –don’t @me 😉 It really is an amazing time of the year. When October arrives I’m always reminded of how much I missed it.

It’s been quiet here and on my Instagram account. I’m just busy with so many fun projects that I don’t have any energy left to post. I’m working a lot on my photography and am at this moment awaiting my first ever artificial light source, a soft box set to bring with me on location (food photography). I’m working on some Pay it Forward projects that I’m really excited about as well!

Thanks for stopping by to visit my site. It really is appreciated!

Have a nice week and a magical fall season!
